Stephen Miller Calls Judges Terrorists. Now a Judge’s Home Is Torched. Connect the Dots.
By The Unredacted Bastard — Your guide through this flaming dumpster fire, truth-teller, and unapologetic bastard.
🍺 Pull up a chair
Listen, I don’t usually like repeating Stephen Miller’s bullshit out loud, because frankly, the guy gives off the vibe of a skin-shedding reptile that shouldn’t be left around small pets. But this one? We have to talk about it. Because it’s not just offensive. It’s not just “oh, that’s typical Miller hate speech.”
This time, Miller — aka Voldemort’s intern — decided to call judges “terrorists.” Not crooked, not biased, not “activist judges.” Nope. He went with terrorists. The T-word. The word this country has spent two decades using to justify drone strikes, surveillance, indefinite detention, torture, and endless war.
Now, fast forward: a judge who just ruled against the Trump regime — Diane Goodstein in South Carolina — has her house literally burned to the ground. Her husband and son are in the hospital. And we’re supposed to play dumb and pretend this is totally unrelated?
Get the fuck out of here.
💣 Truth Bomb #1: This is stochastic terrorism 101
Miller doesn’t need to personally hand out Molotov cocktails. That’s not how this game works. What he does is worse: he creates a climate where violence is inevitable.
That’s the definition of stochastic terrorism: demonize a target loudly and often enough, and eventually, some unstable follower will take it upon themselves to “act.” You don’t have to give orders. You just point the mob in a direction and let probability do the dirty work.
And Miller has been doing this for years. Judges, immigrants, journalists — all of them cast as “enemies” and “terrorists.” The guy should have “incitement artist” stamped on his résumé.
“If you call someone a terrorist long enough, don’t be shocked when someone treats them like one.”
— Every sane person with two working brain cells
💣 Truth Bomb #2: The plausible deniability scam
Here’s the beauty of the fascist playbook: plausible deniability.
Miller will never say, “Hey, MAGA militia guy, go torch that judge’s house.” Nah. He just rants about “terrorists in robes” and then shrugs when one of his loyal idiots lights the match.
“Oh, I never told anyone to do that.”
Bullshit. You loaded the gun and slid it across the table. That’s not free speech — that’s calculated provocation with a wink and a nudge.
And the longer we let these assholes hide behind the First Amendment like it’s their invisibility cloak, the more judges, journalists, and ordinary people are gonna end up in the crosshairs.
💣 Truth Bomb #3: Trumpworld thrives on fear
This isn’t just Miller being Miller. This is strategy. Trump’s whole movement depends on fear: fear of immigrants, fear of “deep state judges,” fear of anyone who won’t kneel to the Orange Caligula.
They know that if people start seeing judges as neutral referees, the whole strongman act collapses. So what do they do? They brand the refs as terrorists. They delegitimize every ruling. And when that doesn’t work fast enough, they crank up the volume until some unhinged follower translates “terrorist” into “target.”
That’s not politics. That’s a slow-motion coup.
🚨 Why this fire matters
You might think: “Okay, Bastard, but isn’t this just one fire? One judge? Tragic, but maybe unrelated?”
No. That’s how it starts. Every time we treat an attack like this as isolated, we give the machine cover to keep churning.
First, it’s a house fire. Then it’s an armed lunatic showing up at a judge’s house (we’ve already seen that — remember the guy who killed Judge Salas’s son in New Jersey?). Then it’s mass intimidation, where judges have to weigh the safety of their families before they dare to rule against Trump.
That’s not democracy. That’s mob rule, dressed up in red hats and Voldemort’s intern’s smirk.
🖕 Final word from your Bastard
Here’s the deal: We can’t wait around for some prosecutor to grow a spine. We can’t shrug this off as “heated rhetoric.”
Miller called judges terrorists. A judge’s house was just firebombed. Connect the dots. Investigate the son of a bitch for incitement. Haul his ass in front of Congress. Subpoena his emails, his texts, his Slack messages to whatever band of brownshirts he coordinates with.
Because if we don’t? This escalates. Judges go silent. Rulings get compromised. And the next fire might not just burn a house — it might burn the last illusion that this is still a functioning republic.
Don’t look away. Don’t normalize it. And don’t let Miller — or anyone else — get away with it.
